Scope of Warranty

The Renewenergize Ltd warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty applies to the main item of the product itself and does not cover any accessories, consumables, or other items that may be included with the product.

The limited warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence

Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or storage

Damage caused by modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized persons

Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, or discoloration

To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and contact us within the warranty period. We will evaluate the claim and, if it is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.

Making a Warranty Claim

We will evaluate your claim and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If the claim is covered, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.

If the claim is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with an estimate for the repair or replacement of the product. You can choose to have the work performed at your own expense, or you can decline the work and keep the original product.

Limitations and Exclusions

The Renewenergize Ltd warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. However, the warranty does not extend any rights beyond those provided by law, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

The Renewenergize Ltd warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our storage battery products. It replaces all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
